The Founding Cohort
3-month Validation Cycle
Six focused 2-week experiments to help you decide what’s worth building next — and what isn’t.
This is a small pilot cohort for founders who want to build with the system — not just read about it.
We’ll all be using the same process, on our own ideas, in real time. I’ll facilitate the space and share how I’m using the system on my own work. We’ll support each other through clarity, uncertainty, and momentum.
This is not an accelerator. It’s not a hustle container. And it’s not about speed for its own sake.
It’s about:
- Validating real problems
- Defining honest MVPs
- Moving forward without burnout or overbuilding

The cohort runs in six 2-week cycles. Each cycle follows the same rhythm:
1) Clarify the question: What assumption are you testing? What would signal look like?
2) Run a small experiment: Conversations, offer tests, simple landing pages, manual MVPs — no overbuilding.
3) Reflect and decide: What did you learn? Continue, change, or stop?

Why I Built This
I’m a founder too.
I’ve built things that moved fast — and things that quietly stalled. I’ve felt the pull toward certainty, motivation, and overbuilding. And I’ve paid the cost of skipping real validation.
Aligned Founder exists because I needed a calmer, more honest way to build — one that respected evidence and human limits.
I’m not teaching this from the outside. I’m using the same system on my own work, in real time.
