It’s designed for solopreneurs, small business owners, and startup founders alike. The process stays the same. Only the language and examples adapt.

What This Isn’t

- A promise of overnight success
- A replacement for doing the work
- A motivation engine or accountability hack
There are no templates that guarantee outcomes. There’s no pressure to scale if that’s not your goal. And there’s no pretending certainty exists before evidence does.

The Founding Cohort
3-month Validation Cycle
Six focused 2-week experiments to help you decide what’s worth building next — and what isn’t.
This is a small pilot cohort for founders who want to build with the system — not just read about it.
We’ll all be using the same process, on our own ideas, in real time. I’ll facilitate the space and share how I’m using the system on my own work. We’ll support each other through clarity, uncertainty, and momentum.
This is not an accelerator. It’s not a hustle container. And it’s not about speed for its own sake.
It’s about:
- Validating real problems
- Defining honest MVPs
- Moving forward without burnout or overbuilding
How The Cycle Works
The cohort runs in six 2-week cycles. Each cycle follows the same rhythm:
1) Clarify the question: What assumption are you testing? What would signal look like?
2) Run a small experiment: Conversations, offer tests, simple landing pages, manual MVPs — no overbuilding.
3) Reflect and decide: What did you learn? Continue, change, or stop?
Nothing rolls over automatically. Every two weeks, you earn the right to keep going.
Closing Event
We end with Decision Day (not a Pitch Day). People share:
- What they tested
- What they learned
- What they decided to pursue — or walk away from
